K-State managed to squeak out an OT win in the first matchups between these teams. Even if they can't win the game outright today, expect K-State to cover what is a larger spread than expected.

Even as a Kansas fan, I have to admit this is the best rivalry in college basketball. Neither team has met preseason expectations, especially the once #1 ranked Tar Heels. My best strategy for this game is to blindly pick UNC to win at home for several reasons. UNC can ill-afford to lose today, as a loss would likely put the nail in the coffin for their NCAA hopes. Duke won the first matchup in Cameron Indoor, but expect an Armando Bacot legacy game today.
